This dual-townhouse development in Northcote champions modern simplicity, elevated by a glazing package designed and installed by Somerton Windows.

Featuring semi-commercial window frames (90x26 profile) and commercial apartment doors, every element was selected to complement the project’s sharp geometry and neutral material palette. The clean lines of the frames work in harmony with the textured brickwork and contemporary cladding, creating a balanced, cohesive look.

Inside, generous glazing invites light deep into the living spaces, while the seamless connection to outdoor areas enhances the sense of openness. Durable, efficient, and architecturally refined, the windows and doors complete the development’s vision for stylish, low-maintenance urban living.
